Does it come assembled?
No. Cases arrive flat-packed and most take about ten minutes to put together. On the minifigure case the back panel is already assembled: you screw the acrylic pieces onto it.
How do I know it fits my set?
Each case is designed around a specific set or figure, and the product page says exactly which one. If you are not sure, message us before you order.
Can I clean the acrylic with glass spray?
Use a soft cloth with warm water, or an acrylic-safe cleaner. Ammonia-based glass sprays will haze the surface over time.
Are the collectables included?
No. Cases are sold on their own. Anything shown inside a case in our photography is there to show scale.
Will it yellow?
No. The panels are UV filtered cast acrylic and will not yellow.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo and we will send a replacement case or replacement parts, free of charge.
